Blanchard and Uysal held an exploratory workshop in Istanbul as part of the SEAS event there in March 2009 and followed this up with a SEAS Date in Skegness during SEAS Skegness in September 2009.
Although they found common ground a mixture of a lack of resources and time considerations meant that their proposal was not selected for a commission.
