SEAS is an ongoing cultural platform developed by Intercult which builds strong partnerships between artists and organisations to combine resources and develop a series of contemporary intercultural arts projects, framed by thematic gatherings. At its heart is the creation of a community of artists, producers, funders, sponsors, partners and audiences that share in an artistic process reflecting on the political, environmental and social conditions of harbour cities and resorts on the European coast line.
