Productions

SEAS created 20 new artistic works that were inspired by intercultural exchange between artists from the two regions and the political, environmental and social realities facing Europe’s coastal communities.

Between 2008-2010, Intercult and its partners selected and commissioned 20 project proposals, developed them with the artists. Along with the artistic work several formats for debate, discussion and capacity building were created and developed through out the project. Local artists based in the places of the events were invited to be a part of the local programme of specific events.
