SEAS Training
A series of internships with emerging producers/managers from Partner organisations, hosted by Intercult in Stockholm, offering capacity building and exchange of knowledge. Black/North SEAS is continuously developing new networks and contacts, linking artists and arts organisation across Europe and encouraging new collaborations and the fostering of practical skills.
SEAS has also created an International Technical Team, which brings together young and experienced technicians from several North and Black Sea nations. The Technical Team moves with the project on the tour supplementing both the technical resources of the companies and enhancing the capacities of the host.
